Welcome to Pidroid! By using the Pidroid bot on Discord, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms #

By adding, using, or interacting with Pidroid, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the bot. Pidroid reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

2. Bot Features and Usage #

Pidroid is a custom Discord bot for the TheoTown community.

Users agree to use the bot in accordance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. User Responsibilities #

As a user of Pidroid, you agree not to:

  • Violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Use the bot for any malicious activities, such as spamming, harassment, or illegal activities.
  • Attempt to exploit or abuse the bot or its features.

4. Bot Availability and Uptime #

While we strive to keep Pidroid operational, we do not guarantee that the bot will be available at all times. The bot may experience downtime for maintenance or due to unforeseen issues.

5. Data Collection and Privacy #

Pidroid may collect and store certain user data, including but not limited to:

  • User IDs
  • Server IDs
  • Commands used

This data will only be used for the purpose of improving the bot’s functionality and will not be shared with third parties without user consent. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability #

Pidroid is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or issues that may arise from the use of the bot. Users use the bot at their own risk.

7. Termination of Access #

Pidroid reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the bot if the user is found to be in violation of these Terms of Service. This may include, but is not limited to, abuse, spamming, or misuse of the bot.

8. Changes to Terms #

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are made, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. By continuing to use the bot, you agree to the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law #

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
